1 General Terms & Acceptance

Only one account may be opened per person. Creating multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

3 Age Requirement & Eligibility

The ej999 platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Minors are completely prohibited from registering, managing an account, or placing any bets or playing any games.

Additionally, users from any region or country where online betting or casino services are legally prohibited are not eligible to create or manage an account on ej999. It is entirely the user's own responsibility to comply with the laws of their region.

4 Account Management & Security

It is entirely your responsibility to maintain the security of your ej999 account. Never share your login credentials (username and password) with any third party.

5 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

ej999 supports the most widely used mobile banking and payment methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).

Deposit conditions:

Withdrawal conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes
• Withdrawals may be delayed until identity verification is complete
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit (where applicable)
• Winnings earned from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met

ej999 reserves the right to hold withdrawals and request additional documents in cases of suspicious transactions.

6 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

ej999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms that must be followed.

Welcome bonus terms:

• 200% bonus on first deposit, up to ৳5,000
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus — total balance ৳3,000
• Example: Deposit ৳6,000 or more and receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 — total balance ৳11,000
• Wagering requirement: 15 times the bonus amount must be wagered
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus
• Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn

ej999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. The terms of each new promotion will apply separately.

7 Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

ej999 is committed to ensuring a balanced, transparent, and fair gaming environment for all users. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing games or placing bets using any software, bots, scripts, or automated methods
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors or bugs in the platform for an advantage
• Using your account for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Using artificial or fraudulent betting methods to meet bonus terms
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once
• Disrupting other users' gaming experience or harassing them
• Spreading false or misleading information on behalf of ej999

If evidence of any of the above prohibited activities is found, ej999 reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

8 Betting Rules

9 Account Suspension & Closure

ej999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms
• Registration with false or misleading information
• Misuse of bonuses or promotional offers
• Suspicious or fraudulent financial activity
• Failure to complete identity verification or refusal to cooperate
• Account holder is under 21 years of age

You may also request to close your account at any time. In this case, any bonus balance will be forfeited, but you will have the opportunity to withdraw any eligible real-money balance.
